ViziApps supports a list of Templates that are viewable by all users. These Templates are available to be created by new users, who can “clone” the template app into their own user accounts.
A special user called apps_ creates these templates.
The method by which this is done is to create a ViziApps app for every template app within the special apps account. Each app may also be published once it is ready for use, but this will not happen immediately. A separate step is required to do this.
Creating a ViziApps App Template
1. Login to the user called apps, either via the Admin account or directly with the password from the ViziApps team.
2, Click on the “Create a new app” icon and provide the name for the app. Proceed as usual to build a ViziApps app.
Publishing and Activating Template Apps
The Admin user has the ability to make the individual templates visible to all users. Refer to the Admin User documentation “Edit Template Apps” on how to perform this step.
